*To achieve the guilt-free, well-balanced flavour profiles for Oatside Chocolate, we use raw palm nectar instead of refined cane sugar, and our sugar content is 40-60% lower than most. Our Chocolate oat m*lk contains 4.8g of sugar per 100 ml, which is about the same sugar level in cow’s milk
