To maintain product quality and freshness, chilled and dairy items should not be left unrefrigerated after delivery. We are unable to accept return or refund requests for spoilage caused by improper storage or leaving the items unrefrigerated after delivery.

If there is any issue with the condition of the products upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant photos or videos for us to check.
