Fried Egg Tofu

Fortune Egg Tofu 2 pcs
Hon shimeiji mushroom 1 cup
Asparagus, trimmed ½ cup
Red capsicum, diced ¼ cup
Oil, for frying



Black pepper sauce (ready-made from shelf) 3 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Corn flour mixed with water 1:1 3 tbsp



  1. Heat up the oil in a pot over high heat.
  2. Deep fry Fortune Egg Tofu for 3-5 minutes. Place on a plate and set aside.
  3. Heat up the pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  4. Add asparagus, mushroom, and red capsicum, and stir.
  5. Add in black pepper sauce and sugar. Thicken the sauce with the corn flour mixture. Stir well.
  6. Pour the vegetable mixture onto the egg tofu and serve.
