Shipping Policy for PSC eStore

At PSC E-Store, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes custom or personalized items, processing may take longer. Please refer to the product page for specific processing time information. Cut off timing is 2pm.

2. Shipping Schedules

Delivery availability:

    • Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm
    • Monday to Friday 12m to 4pm
    • Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors. 2 days lead time for delivery.

Self-Collection Instructions:
Monday to Fridays 10.30am-12pm and 1pm-4pm
(we are closed on Weekdays during lunch time 12-1pm and weekends)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. ($6)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within Singapore.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions or may not be available for delivery to certain regions. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and valid. PSC E-Store is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, PSC E-Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If your shipment has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team at customercare@psccorporation.com 

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at customercare@psccorporation.com 
  • We will offer a replacement or refund for eligible damaged items, subject to our return policy.
