Portion for : 4 serving
INGREDIENTS :
- Royal Umbrella Thai Hom Mali Rice (cooked & cool down) - 4 cups
- Egg Yolk - 4 ea
- Prawn Meat, (diced & poach) - 80g
- Green Pea (poach) - 60g
- Spring Onion - For topping
SEASONING :
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Fine Sugar - 1 tsp
- White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Cooking Oil - ¼ cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mix cooked rice with egg yolk, salt, sugar and pepper powder.
- Heat up wok then add oil. Add in mixed rice to fry till the rice look grainy.
- Add poached prawn meat, green pea and seasoning (may adjust the seasoning after tasting).
- Top with spring onion or coriander leaves and serve.
